o Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by an e-mail (snroctpe@ms1.hinet.net). Any phone application will not be accepted.

o From November 16 (Sat.), 2024 : Non-refundable (including onsite registration)
o Once the payment is completed, registration information cannot be modified.
