Payment is accepted via credit card only. Once the payment is successful, a registration confirmation email will be sent to you.

• Onsite registration fees are non-refundable.

• All refunds will be processed after the meeting for administrative reasons.

• All bank charges and administrative fees will be deducted from registration refunds.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Secretariat by email (snroctp@ms1.hinet.net). Requests made by phone will not be accepted.

• Once payment is completed, registration information cannot be changed.
